The Finca is situated 16.000 sqm property and is surrounded by banana trees and a small garden. There are no immediate neighbours.
Each of the 3 apartments (aprox. 60 sqm) has a separate entrance and a separarte terrace and disposes of 2 bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
In the bedrooms there are 2 large beds (90x2m) with high-class matresses.
The kitchens dispose of 4 ceramic stove tops and a fridge with an icebox. Besides the kitchen ist fully-equipped.
The furnished terraces invite you to eat outside.
The roof of the house is a sun terrace at the same time. From there you have amazing views in every direction. This terrace can be used conjointly. Plenty of sun-beds are provided.
The finca is recently restored and tastefully furnished with a lot of wood and natural stone in typical canarian style. Everything is well-kept and new.
If you like walking, you can reach Bollullo Beach in aprox. 10 min. crossing a small canyon with rank vegetation. Should you prefer to go by car (return is uphill), in a few minutes you arrive at one of the most beautiful beaches in nothern tenerife.
The area of El Rincón is a popular for hiking. There is a very nice hiking trail along the coast heading to Puerto de la Cruz in the west and to a nice panorama café (Café Paraiso) in the east. |
