Finca La Romera is located directly above a steep slope. From the terrace (30 squaremetres) you can enjoy amazing views over the see and 'El Teide'.
La Romera was built in old typical canarian style and renovated tastefully. The interior is stamped by the pitched roofs that are decorated with dark wood and the floor with beautiful flagstones.
The finca has a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room and a bathroom with shower. In front of the house there is a terrace that can be used as a carport as well. The gate to the property is electric.
The access to the main sun terrace (30 sqm) is in the living room. From here you have amazing views over the entire coast, Puerto de la Cruz and 'El Teide'.
